WALTERS LAKE INDEPENDENCE TOWNSHIP MICH

There are a variety of waterfront homes that can be found on Walters Lake in Independence Township, Michigan.  The majority of these waterfront homes sit flat on the lake, but others are higher up, providing an excellent view.  There are many moderate sized waterfront homes, but also a selection of larger ones.  Walters Lake is a very laidback lake in Michigan.  At 76 feet, it is an all-sports lake, but it is completely private to its waterfront residents.  Walters Lake is a great place to call home, while living lakefront in Independence Township, Michigan.  They recently turned down making a park on the lake.  The lake residents did not want to have non residents sharing the lake.

As you can see from the picture above there are many lots that are level with the lake.  However there are a few homes that are way above the lake.  They have tremendous views but I would sure hate to walk up or down those stairs!

GREENS LAKE

LAKE ORION is an all-sports lake, though it is regulated, so waterfront residents can rest assured that their safety is priority while living lakefront in Oakland County, Michigan.

MOHAWK LAKE features some older homes, as well as more modern homes located in a gated street, all in Waterford, Michigan.  These waterfront homes sit on a 23 acre lake with a maximum depth of 33 feet.
