MILL LAKE ORION TOWNSHIP MICH

A modest sized lake in Orion Township, Michigan is Mill Lake.  Varying from about 18-20 acres, depending on the water level, Mill Lake is home to only about 20 waterfront properties of reasonable size.  It is about 60 feet deep, however.  Mill Lake is a quiet lake for waterfront living, as it is private and allows electric motor boats only.  For calm, traditional lakefront living in Michigan, check out Mill Lake in Orion Township, Michigan.

Mill Lake is an overflow lake for Lake Voorheis.  After a large rain a lake resident told me that the lake can rise 18 to 20 inches.  He also told me the fishing is good.  There is not a large turnover of waterfront homes on the lake.
