DIXIE LAKE SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP MICH

A great lake that allows sports water craft, but is still private, is located in Springfield Township, Michigan is Dixie Lake.  These waterfront homes enjoy a 78 acre lake with a maximum depth of 50 feet.  Because it is private, living waterfront on this Springfield, Michigan lake is hardly overwhelming, while at the same time, being fun and active on the weekends.

Dixie Lake has 2 islands in the middle of the lake.  Dixie Lake in Springfield Lake is spring fed.  The children that live on the lake go to  Clarkston Schools.

Waterfront homes range from 700 square feet to over 3600 square feet.  Most of the waterfront homes on Dixie Lake in Springfield Township MI have lake frontage ranging from 40' to 100'.  There are a few homes that have 1/2 acres up to 1 acres.   Some of the homes sit level with the lake and others have a small slope down to the lake.

Dixie Lake is one of highly sought after private all sports lakes in the Clarkston area.

GREENS LAKE

LAKE ORION is an all-sports lake, though it is regulated, so waterfront residents can rest assured that their safety is priority while living lakefront in Oakland County, Michigan.

MOHAWK LAKE features some older homes, as well as more modern homes located in a gated street, all in Waterford, Michigan.  These waterfront homes sit on a 23 acre lake with a maximum depth of 33 feet.
