In White Lake Township, Michigan is a small lake that features a variety of waterfront homes and water activities. What is unique and nice about Mandon Lake is that despite being only 26 acres, the waterfront residents work together and take turns using sports vehicles so that everyone can enjoy an all-sports lake. With a maximum depth of 18 feet, Mandon Lake is fully capable of having skiing or watertubing. Being a smaller lake, it is private, making it a great place to reap all the benefits of waterfront living in Michigan.
Mandon Lake is a smaller all sports lake in White Lake. If you are an avid water sports person wanting room to ski and wakeboard then Mandon Lake is probably not for you. It is good for the occassion tubing or water skiing. It is just not large enough to do large loops around the lake. I would call it more of a pontoon lake. A lake to sit back and relax on. A lake to load up the pontoon on and have a drink after a long day at work. I ave sold several homes on the lake and I know it well. The lake bottom varies from mucky to sandy depending where you are at.
There is a vacant lot on the lake. The lake depth is about 8' deep. The children on the lake go to Walled Lake Schools.
