Lake Shannon lake homes are going to be nicer homes because the lake was built in the 1960's by the Coles.  There are no small dumpy cottages from the 1920's or 1930's.  Many of homes on Lake Shannon are over 2000 square feet.  There are some lakefront properties that are only 1000 to 1400 square feet, but I would say most of the lake front homes are 2000 square feet plus.  They range in size up to 5300 square feet.

Lake Shannon is located partly in Deerfiedl Township and partly in Tyrone Township in Livingston County Michigan just west of US -23.  It is north of Faussett Rd, East of Green Road, and south of Center Rd.  Lake Shannon lies in Deerfield and Tyrone Townships the residents have a Fenton mailing address.
