Clover Beach is monitored by the county for water quality.
It’s everything you’d want in a park: Ball diamonds and tennis courts, Byram Lake and Clover Beach, pavilions for relaxing and a trail for hiking. And when the snow comes, it’s a one-stop winter wonderland, with sledding and tobogganing, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling. One of the biggest issues when buying a lake home is the closeness to freeways and how long it takes to get to work. Byram Lake waterfront homes are close to US-23. Whether the lake residents work in Fenton, Flint,
Brighton, or Lansing it is an easy ride. You do not have to travel miles of winding roads to get to the highway.
You can come home after a long day at work and relax on the lake. You will not have to travel for hours on the weekend to go up north to a lake. It will be in your back yard giving you more time to enjoy the lake. Friends and family will come more often when you invite them. I think you will love living on Byram Lake.
